This month’s blog post title is with apologies to Pink Floyd. I am always looking for corny titles that vaguely link to the images, but in this case there’s quite a good link, as all images are of Lulu posing in holes in walls!
All of these images were taken in Italy, which has some fabulous abandoned buildings, as well as it’s amazing food!
Most holes in wall are square, so we were lucky to find a round hole, and Lulu made good use of it.
Pretty much in the next building there was a fabulous square window with a beautifully textured and coloured wall, and we measured the hole to be almost exactly Lulu-sized :)
And then the next building had a great background.
The building also had a great doorway.
Elsewhere in the locality we found an interesting disused factory with nice arches.
And finally for this image Lulu suggested a jump and she was feeling particularly energetic.
It’s now almost exactly 10 years since I first worked with Lulu, and I am eternally grateful for their amazing body of work we have produced, and all of the wonderful shoots we have had.

These are great images Tim.
Cheers Paul, hope you are well :)
Another splendid set. The two of you have the ability to get the best out of a location finding poses that work well with the intrinsic shapes in the setting.
Thanks Richard, I just find the locations, and then Lulu makes best use of them.
Lulu’s poses are amazing- the way she adapts to the shapes of her surroundings.
She is rather good :)
Exquisite
Thanks Charles.
