No, not the American Civil War drama, but my shoot with the lovely and amazingly talented Keira Grant.
Now I believe she is used to shooting in lovely warm places, but on this occasion it was not particularly warm, and at the location I took her to it was blowing an absolute gale as we can see from the first image. It literally was difficult to stand upright, I quite like the way her hair completely covered her face though.
The onto another great posing platform, a big concerete block. I love the contrast between the rugged concrete and the rolling countryside in the background,
So to get her out of the wind I took her to a barn full of bird poo, oh the glamourous life of an art model! Note: She may have been standing in the guano, I had to lie in it to get the angle I wanted, so you can feel sorry for me as well.
Now strangely Keira has asked if when she visits the UK next “..perhaps we can order up a little less wind though”. Which is probably a very good idea when selecting my locations to work with her. A big thank you to Keira for helping produce some super images in less than perfect conditions

Another beautiful set of images xx
Another great set Tim. Super location.
Your photos always make locations look more interesting than they are. That’s not to suggest you choose uninteresting places. I’m sure you get my point.
Beware the cow patties….
Thanks for all the comments, and I do know what you mean Mr Pope :)
Any place is interesting with a model in it!
