Five years ago I first worked with a model who was new to me, Lulu Lockhart. This was soon a regular occurrence, as we both enjoyed working together so much, and also shared a common passion and vision to create the same type of images.
She is an extremely versatile and talented model, and we’ve produced images in natural environments, posh houses, ruins, anywhere and everywhere really.
We have worked together rather a lot over the past five years, I can genuinely say that she inspires me to want to create more and more great images, as well as making the shoots so enjoyable. The huge body of work we have created together still amazes me, as well as giving me great pleasure.
My artistic journey with Lulu has changed my photography, as well as me as a person, and she is now a very close friend.
We’ve producing a staggering number of images that I adore, here’s just a very few of my personal favourite images that we have produced together over the past 5 years. I had to leave a lot of them out!

Thank you Lulu for being such a great model, muse and friend, and for all our wonderful images and experiences. Here’s to all our future adventures, including a rather special one shortly.

What a great collaboration. You guys make such amazing photos together.
Many thanks David, we get so much pleasure producing the images, and it’s great when other people appreciate them as well.
What elevates your art is not simply a great photographer with a great model, but your ability to spot compositional opportunities in the landscape. Simply fabulous!
Great body of work you’ve created with Lulu, Mr Pile. I certainly can see why you work with her so much.
She has the certain quality, perfect for art photography. I usually just comment on your website when I feel
I have something worth saying. This time I’m just showing my support for talents and your hard work. I hope
this year is turning out the way you had hoped, though I’m certain that it has.
Keep up the fine work! I’ll be watching :)
