It’s been sometime since I missed my usual one blog post per month target, so having missed January I thought I’d better make sure I got one in this month.
I’m very fortunate to have a treasure trove of images from shoots to edit, and so these images are from a hugely productive and enjoyable shoot from 2018 with the lovely Fawnya. We had such a great time that we went to Portugal the year after where we had a similarly great trip.
Fawnya is one of the top location models, and it’s easy to see why. As well as having to endure less than warm temperatures, they have to be able to get up extremely early, and then be able to mould their body into the environments I find for them, making elegant shapes while finding less than ideal places to put their feet to keep their balance.
Here’s three of Fawnya doing some great shapes in one of my favourite rocky coves, that I hope to return to at some point this year.
And old buildings provide a great playground for Fawnya to demonstrate her amazing posing skills.
Many thanks to Fawnya for this and all our shoots. While I have some location shoots booked this year, I’m always on the lookout for experienced location models, so do get in touch if you like the idea of working with me.
